What Losing 75 Pounds Taught Me About Lasting Change in Business (and Life)

When I began my weight loss journey, I wasn’t thinking about losing 75 pounds—I simply decided to start where I was. And that decision not only transformed my health but revealed powerful lessons about achieving lasting success in business, too.
